Reception & Administrative Staff

The day to day running of the practice is in the hands of our very competent and able reception, administration and secretarial staff. They should be able to help you with most queries.

Please remember that if you are kept waiting or they ask what may seem an irritating question, they may be dealing with another patient or are carrying out practice policy to ensure the smooth running of the practice.

It is helpful if you are able to explain the nature of your problem to the receptionists when booking your appointment as it will help them direct you to the correct clinician.
